Submittal Options

Below are the available submittal options:

• Submitting in Person

Submit your applications, plans, and other documentation in person at City Hall from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday.

Please note:
* If you are submitting physical copies of plans, please drop off three sets on 24”x36” sheets. Digital copies of plans are highly preferred.

** Please have all forms and applications signed by the property owner and applicant to avoid delays in processing applications.

• Submitting Online

Submit your applications, plans, and other documentation through our online submission form.

Please note:
*This form only allows the applicant to share links to files and folders. Files cannot be uploaded.

• Submitting by Email

To submit permit applications, plans, and other attachments, please email your files to:

The email must include the project address in the subject line to help track emails.

Please allow between one to two business days for a response (not counting Fridays, weekends, and holidays)

Please note:
* The file limit for attachments is 25 MB. If your attachment(s) exceed 25 MB, please use a file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, or Microsoft OneDrive, and provide a share link that grants access to the file (s).
** Please provide PDF copies of plans and documents. If you are sending photos, please save them as a JPEG or PNG.
